You're the hero of your own journey, and we know that can feel very lonely and overwhelming at times. We’re right here to walk alongside you - you don't have to go it alone. We meet you where you’re at by providing sessions in four lovely and inspiring locations across North America, as well as online. We work in the “here and now”, meaning that what you bring to the room (or the walk) at any given moment is where we start. Get ready to plant your bare feet firmly on the ground as we walk towards a calmer and more grounded sense of perspective, together.
