True Nature
Wilderness TherapyThe Cycles Program
PMDD. The phases of women's health that rarely get named, let alone supported.
If your cycle has shaped your mood, your energy, or your sense of self in ways that felt bigger than expected, this program was built for exactly that.
Launching January 1. Initial intake of five clients.
Your body moves in cycles. So does your mental health, your energy, and your sense of self, whether you've been taught to notice it or not. The Cycles Program is a dedicated space for working with your cycle instead of against it. Built for people navigating PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder).

What is the Cycles Program?
A dedicated 3-month program for PMDD.This is a contained, closed program designed specifically for people living with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)—a severe, cyclical hormone sensitivity that can cause intense emotional, cognitive, and physical symptoms in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. PMDD is not the same as PMS; it can significantly impact relationships, work, and everyday life.
If your moods seem to rise and fall with your cycle—or even feel like they're "up and down with the moon" every month—it's worth exploring whether PMDD could be part of the picture.
Over three months, you'll learn how to understand your unique symptom patterns, work with your cycle instead of feeling controlled by it, and build practical tools to navigate each month with greater stability, self-awareness, and self-compassion.”

Who it's for
This program may be a fit if you experience:
- Mood swings, irritability, or anxiety tied to your cycle
- PMDD symptoms that feel bigger than typical PMS
- Perimenopause or hormonal shifts that have changed how you feel in your own life
- Postpartum changes to mood, identity, or energy
- A sense that your mental health and your hormones are connected, but no one's helped you map how
You don't need a diagnosis to join the waitlist. Noticing a pattern is enough.

Why an initial intake of five
We're starting small on purpose. Five clients means real attention, real pacing, and a program shaped by the people actually in it before we open it wider.
