True Nature
Wilderness TherapyCo-held by Heather Hendrie of True Nature Wilderness Therapy and Cree Lambeck of Cherry Tree Counselling, Therapists for Change is a relational space being built slowly and intentionally for therapists who want:
- Community instead of isolation
- Collaboration instead of competition
- Sustainability instead of hustle
- Care for clients and for themselves
This isn't a program or a marketing funnel. It's a space to belong.
Not at all. While Heather is based in BC and Cree is in Ontario, Therapists for Change welcomes clinicians from across Canada. The half-day intensives run virtually, so wherever you are practicing, there's a seat for you.
Think of it as a companion to your existing supervision practice, not a replacement. Individual or group supervision tends to be case-focused and structured. Therapists for Change creates space for something slower, more relational, and more personal. It's a place to reflect on who you are as a clinician, reconnect with your purpose, and be in community with others who are asking the same questions you are.
That's exactly who this space is for. Therapists for Change isn't something you perform or produce in. It's designed to resource you, not drain you. The half-day intensives are intentionally small and unhurried, and the community is being built around reciprocity and care rather than output. If your nervous system is tired, this is a place to land, not another thing to manage.
