Wondering what a session might look like with us? Our team offers outdoor sessions such as walking or skiing!, indoor sessions in our therapy cabin, and online in the comfort of your own home. We provide a variety of options to meet your unique needs. You choose what fits for you. Our time together may look like a walk on the beach in San Francisco, a trek through the moss-drenched forests of British Columbia, or curling up with a steaming hot cup of tea. Wellness Walks

50 MINUTES

Did you know that doctors have been prescribing hikes? Popular programs such as Mood Walks promote green exercise to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and social withdrawal. Book a walk in the woods with us to enhance the positive health benefits of your therapy session. We will walk and talk and conduct your session in an outdoor environment. If you can’t come meet us in person, put on a headset, take to your favourite trail, and we can join you there virtually!

Ski Sessions

90 MINUTES

There’s nothing like movement and fresh air to help you feel better! On winter days, book in for a session on cross-country or downhill skis. You’ll provide your own equipment and ski pass and our trained therapists will accompany you on the trail.
