Glad you found us
Here at True Nature Wilderness Therapy, we see you as a whole person ready to embark on your healing journey. It is an honour to have your interest, and we believe that reaching out for mental support is a courageous and sacred act. Our intention is to serve you kindly, powerfully, and to the best of our abilities on your journey home to your most resilient, capable, thriving, alive self.
True Nature Wilderness Therapy was founded in Squamish, BC during early days of the pandemic in 2020, by Heather Hendrie, who recognized that folks were craving safe, gentle, and accessible ways to connect in-person, to the wild, to their own inner wild, and to others.
Heather Hendrie continues to serve as practice owner, and our primary wilderness therapist.
At this time, Heather’s client list is full.
